“Forest” is an incredibly sweet, patient and safe gelding. He is 16hh, 16yrs old, and he is a Percheron/QH cross gelding. If you are looking for a mellow dude, who loves attention, and can pack anyone around on the trails, here is your boy!!! 
On the trails, he will lead, follow, go in groups, go out on his own, leave the group, and he will take care of his rider. He is completely beginner safe. Forest doesn’t mind traffic, dogs, machinery, bikes, wildlife, etc. He is not spooky. Forest will ride slow with slow horses and move out with faster horses. He will go around all day long on the buckle and can take a joke! He rides western, english and bareback. 
Forest loads and trailers great! You can tie him to the trailer to tack up as well. In the barn, he has no bad habits. He can live in, or out, and he is a babysitter type in the pasture. He will stand on the cross ties all day long to be groomed, braided, washed, and he adores attention. Forest is green but honest in the ring. He will walk/trot/canter, has a great whoa button, and just does what you ask of him. He is safe with flags, tarps, cows, you name it. 
Forest requires no maintenance, and he is an easy keeper with a simple diet. He is barefoot, and you don’t need stocks for the farrier. He has nice solid hooves. Forest might be a little older, but this boy is full of life, and he is healthy and sound. Forest does have a couple of small melanomas under his tail, which seem to be common with older grey horses. They are not effecting him in any way. Forest has so much to offer as he is also broke to drive!!
