Mila is a flashy, sweet, gentle gal ready to be your next trail partner! She is a stout, big-boned mare who can carry any rider in any condition. Mila has seen all sorts of terrain, from the steep slopes in the Rocky Mountains to the paved trails in town, and she never bats an eye or takes a wrong step. She knows bikes, strollers, skateboards, bridges, rivers, creeks, logs, and barking dogs. Nothing phases this good-looking mare. She has been exposed to all sorts of wildlife, has ridden around ATVs and tractors, and has been used to push cows. Mila is safe for any level rider, and being big-boned and gentle makes her an ideal husband’s horse. Mila has a nice little flat walk but also has an easy trot and lope. She is happy to go all day in the mountains or tote around the arena for a play day. Mila will ride in anything you wish, from halter to bridle, bareback, English, or Western. She is friendly, easy to catch, and can be ridden up from the pasture with no problems! Mila will load and unload in any trailer, stands to be saddled and bridled, and is excellent for the farrier and vet. She can be kept in a stall or run in a mixed herd in the pasture with no problems. We have loved having her around for guests on the ranch, but we can’t wait to see where she ends up.
