His dam is a 16.2 hh Thoroughbred, and he is expected to mature close to 17 hh, with a strong, elegant build and his sire is a handsome 17 hh PRMe, son of breed champion parents and with dressage awards. This makes him a top sport horse or ideal hunt horse prospect. Beyond his promising physique, he’s intelligent, confident, and has the steady temperament typical of Menorcans. He currently lives with older mares, is very social, loves human interaction, and shows excellent manners for his age. He loads well into the trailer, stands for the farrier, enjoys being groomed, and is used to being ponied. ¡Una oportunidad única para hacer historia! Este potro castaño nacido en 2024 hijo de un ejemplar Menorquín, y ya está listo para encontrar su hogar definitivo. Se trata de un cruce histórico: el primer Menorquín cruzado con Thoroughbred en Estados Unidos. Su madre es una yegua Thoroughbred de 1,68 m (16.2 hh) y su padre, un precioso semental PRMe, de 171cm, hijo de campeones de raza y con premios en doma. Se espera que este joven potro alcance una altura cercana a los 1,72 m (17 hh), con una estructura ideal para convertirse en un impresionante caballo deportivo o en un excelente caballo para caza. Además de su físico prometedor, destaca por su inteligencia, seguridad y carácter equilibrado. Actualmente vive con yeguas adultas, es muy sociable, adora a las personas y ya muestra ese temperamento tan especial del Menorquín. Está acostumbrado a subir al remolque, se deja manejar con facilidad, es bueno con el herrador y disfruta de los cepillados y de salir acompañado de otro caballo. I have been riding horses for more than 25 years and I have been a professional horse rider for more than 10 years. I have experience in competition, both in dressage and Minorcan dressage. I regularly practice natural horsemanship and participate in horse shows. I own and breed PRMe (Pura Raza Menorquina) horses. Because I have many contacts in the horse world in Menorca, I created a small company for the promotion and sale of Purebred Menorcan horses.
