Valadium Pride aka Val is a stout built registered Gypsy Horse gelding that is standing around 15.2hh. He will weigh 1250lbs, he is a 2018 model and he has all the good looks, the feathering and (the best part) the mindset that anyone could ask for! Not only does he look cool, he has all of the other boxes checked as well… he is Mr. Personality, as friendly as they come, loves attention and is very calm natured. Val is out of the same breeding program as several other top draftcross geldings that we have had over the last 4 years and every one of them has the right mind with the calm nature that makes them great family horses. Val has been with us since last year and has completed the natural horsemanship training and has done liberty work and he also knows some tricks as he will bow, lay down and set on his rump. Val has been ridden by every member of our family all the way down to our 6 year old daughter. He has been ridden down the highways and he is traffic safe as well. Val is great on trails and he will cross creeks, ditches, logs and navigate rough rocky areas. He has a smooth jog, a VERY VERY nice easy to set lope, a good stop, turns a circle both ways and backs with ease! He has been exposed to all kinds of wildlife such as deer or turkey or other animals like cows or dogs and will go anywhere that he is asked too. He has been rode many miles in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky and encountered every obstacle possible on the trail. He will go up or down even the steepest slopes, across deep creeks, over downed trees, and over all types of rough terrain while still being sure footed. Val is not cinchy, cold backed, does not crib or weave. In addition to riding, Val has also been driven down the highways as well. Val is a super cool horse that anyone is sure to love!!!
