Introducing Duke! The safest, sweetest horse, perfect for the whole family. Watch both of Duke’s videos to see everything he does – cross country, H/J, hunter paces, fox hunting, dressage, trail riding, western trail obstacle, beach riding, and more! It is so rare to find a dream horse like Duke. He is comfortable to ride, has the best brain, and is quiet enough for beginners and kids to ride. At 14.1h, he is a good size for children and adults. Duke is a cross between Gypsy Vanner and American Cream Draft. (I also trained and sold his PSSM-negative purebred Gypsy Vanner sire A Lucky Charm here on Platinum). Duke rides English and western. He schools training/1st level dressage, jumps around a 2’3” H/J course, and schools starter/BN cross country. He will hunt in any flight and could even make a nice staff/whip horse. At 5 years old, Duke has had a well-rounded education under saddle and could go in any direction. He is friendly and loves to work and learn new things. He is one of the horses at the farm that I allow guests and beginners to ride because I know he will take care of them. Duke is the perfect amount of whoa and go. He can sit for weeks and still be the same horse to ride. Easy for loading, hauling, tying, clipping, tacking, braiding, etc. He is a barefoot easy keeper with no vices or maintenance. I have done all of his training since halter breaking when I got him from his breeder. Duke had a photoshoot for Young Rider magazine and will be featured in an upcoming article! Don’t miss out on this once-in-a-lifetime super star!!! Please call Rachel with Show Me Sport Horses at 352-467-5695 with any questions about dream horse Duke! He is located in Ocala, Florida. Shipping can be arranged anywhere in the country.
