Sugar is a striking young mare with a babydoll head and gorgeous neck. This mare definitely has that wow factor! Sugar has been started in reining and ranch riding training. She has nice turnarounds, deep stops, and smooth lead changes. She can do a nice smooth slow trot and has a beautiful ground covering extended trot as well. This is a very athletic mare with the potential to standout in many types of programs. We believe she will excel in the ranch riding events. Sugar works gates nicely, will cross a teeter totter bridge and flat bridge. You can swing a rope off of her, drag a log, go over trot poles and she has been ridden on trails and to check cattle in the pastures. She stands well for mounting and dismounting and she will be happy to side pass over and pick you up from the fence, stump, or mounting block. She loads and unloads well and has great ground manners. Easy to clip, farrier, groom, and bathe. She is a ¾ sister to Double Tapn who is a multiple World Champion in Ranch Riding and Ranch Trail, who shattered the AQHA World Championship show record score by 3.5 points marking a 245.5!
