Georgia is a sophisticated lady! A 3yr old, Brabant/Quarter Horse Cross, standing at a rider friendly 15.1 hands! Georgia rides English, Western, & Bareback! Suitable for a variety of riders & disciplines!
Georgia is an experienced trail partner. Her resume includes several visits to various National Parks covering miles of terrain, as well as overnight camping trips. She is surefooted, confident, and not spooky. She crosses water, rough terrain, & downfall with ease. She is not herd bound, an enjoyable partner alone or in a group. Georgia hauls well and enjoys exploring new places!
Georgia is experienced in ranch work. Has been used to open and close gates, move cattle, pasture rope, and isn’t phased by working dogs moving all around her.
In the arena, Georgia lopes smooth and collected on the correct lead both directions, moves off your leg, and has been started over jumps. She has great scope and shows a lot of promise for a career in that discipline! Easy upward & downward transitions and can enter into a lope almost from a standstill. The kids, ages 5 & 10, enjoy riding her around the arena both under saddle & bareback. She isn’t bothered by mixed cues that come from those less experienced.
Georgia has been exposed and is comfortable around children, atvs, traffic, and other livestock. She carries the flag, is unbothered by waving tarps & is fun safe! Georgia stands tied, stands for the farrier, & stands for mounting from the ground or the block. Loads & unloads. Stalls well, always neat & tidy. Pastures in a mix herd, no issues. Always super easy to catch!
