♦️ THE DIAMOND SHOWCASE ♦️ Happening now thru MONDAY | FEBRUARY 24TH - Available EXCLUSIVELY on HorseBid's website! For more details and to register visit: www.Horsebid.com CONSIGNOR CONTACT: Parker Bown 319-242-2815 LOCATION: Somerset, Ky BREED: Quarter Horse REGISTERED: Yes REGISTERED NAME: Honey Bucks Minnick COLOR: Grey HEIGHT: 15.1 AGE: 8 GENDER: Gelding Honey Bucks Minnick is a 7 year old registered AQHA gray gelding that stands 15.1 hands tall. Honey is by a son of Two Eyed Red Buck who stands at the Pitzer Ranch and has a great show record, being an AQHA champion and an AQHA high performance horse as well. Two Eyed Red Buck is known for making amazing roping and ranch horses. On Honeys bottom side his pedigree goes back to Colonel Freckles who won just over 46K in the NCHA. Honey’s pedigree also goes back to Preferred Guns, who is a son of Playgun. Honey has been my personal horse for the last year where I have done almost everything you could do with a horse in that amount of time. I have trail ridden him extensively in the roughest part of our country in eastern Kentucky. I've doctored, sorted and loaded trucks of all sorts of cattle with him. I've also done some pasture roping on him and tracked and roped the calf dummy with him. Honey is very handy broke. He rides around one-handed and is soft in the bridle. He yields to leg pressure very well, has a nice stop and a great back up as well. Honey has a nice smooth jog and an easy lope. He takes his correct leads both ways and is super fun to ride. Honey is not a horse that you have to ride every day to keep him broke. He has been turned out for a couple of months and been gotten back up to ride and he always rides off nice and gentle. Honey is great with the bullwhip, tarps, and pool noodles and I have also started teaching him how to sit on the bean bag! He rides great in the indoor and outdoor arenas. He is great around dogs and gunfire and has even been taken squirrel hunting. He is clean and quiet in the stall and gets along well with other horses and is easy to catch. Honey will work for almost any level of rider and anyone wanting to trail ride, run a small or large ranch or anything else you could think of. His experience will make him suitable for any task at hand. I would love for you to come and see him for yourself. Feel free to call with any questions and I can arrange shipping anywhere in the US.
