Whiskey as we call him is a 3yr old 14.3 hand registered quarter horse gelding with America's most sought after color. Don't let Whiskey's age fool you, he thinks better than most 8 yr olds. He is well trained in and out of the arena, he picks up both his leads and has three very smooth gaits, he neckreins, sidepasses and has a huge stop, with a fast correct turnaround. I think Whiskey would be a great fit for ranch riding, youth rodeo, 4H or just be someone's special trail horse, he has seen lots of trail miles in all kinds of terrain. We have taken him down the main highway into town and he doesn't mind any of the traffic. We have ridden him into the local hardware store.
We have exposed Whiskey to tarps, bouncy balls and all kinds of obstacles and he doesn't mind any of it. He does well inside or turned out in a mixed herd.
