Introducing Dandy, a 12-year-old Bay Roan gelding standing 15.3 hands tall. Dandy is a big boned horse that is built to last. He was a ranch/ rope horse in the past in Montana. He will work a cow nicely and loves to have a job. Here in Pennsylvania I use Dandy as a weekend trail horse. He is a fantastic trail horse that will go all over the country. Dandy has fantastic ground manners, he’s easy to catch, shoe, load ( will back off the trailer as well as turn around and step off) he stands great for the vet and to the trailer without any annoying bad habits. Dandy had a big puppy dog of a personality, he loves to be brushed and will stand next to you for affection all day. He gets along great with other horses and is used to being turned out in pasture as well as stall kept. Dandy has a great one hand neck rein. He moves off leg very nicely, has a smooth jog and picks up both leads at a lope. Dandy loves to have a job and is a really fun horse for play day activities, he has fun get up and go. He is not spooky or shy. He will lead or follow on the trail. He doesn’t have any bad vices and is sound. He is used to equipment/ traffic. He is up to date on coggins and rabies vaccination.
