Alamo is a grade 10 year old gelding standing 14.1hh. This gorgeous little stout made, dense boned gelding is an absolute blast to ride no matter what you ask of him! Whether you’re looking to mosey on down the trails, play around in the arena, or go do a long days work Alamo is the one for you! We’ve used Alamo extensively around the ranch making him surefooted, well rounded, and as reliable as can be no matter what you throw his way. Mosey on down the trail, trek through the rocky rough country, cruise through flowing creeks and rivers, bulldoze through thick brush, jump fallen logs, you name it and Alamo will ride right on through it. No matter where you plan your next adventure, Alamo will be eager to go! Don’t have any trails? No problem! Alamo is just as great in town! Speeding traffic, painted crosswalks, barking dogs, cruising bikes, walking pedestrians. Alamo will ride right on by without a care in the world. Not only is this gelding a blast to ride outside or through town, he’s just as fun in the arena! He will walk, trot, and lope both ways with ease as well as neck rein and has a good stop. No need for a saddle or bridle! Hop on bareback with a halter and Alamo will take just as good care of you!!! Alamo is easy to catch, and good to groom, saddle, bridle, bathe, shoe, and load.
